CCBFA Presents: An overview of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act (TFTEA) and the Centers of Excellence and Expertise (CEE).

The presentation will highlight several areas of the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act (TFTEA) and how this has strengthened CBP’s trade facilitation and enforcement efforts.  Highlights include the Centers of Excellence and Expertise, Antidumping and Countervailing Duties, and the Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA).
