Event Details
Starting July 8, 2026, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) will require mandatory electronic filing (eFiling) of safety certificates (CPC/GCC) for imported consumer products in the ACE system at the time of entry. This rule, which also updates certificate content requirements, aims to prevent unsafe products from entering the U.S. by providing data beforehand, rather than after.
Please join Join Guadalupe Whyte and Marcy Van Winkle along with others from the CPSC to learn all about the CPSC’s eFiling requirement and the updated certificate requirements.
